  • The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities.
  • This person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
  • Team handling, This person should have strong sales negotiation and communication skills.
  • This person should be pleasant and trustworthy.
  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers with assigned territory.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieve targets given by the organisation.
  • Report on sales activities to senior management.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
  • Keeping yourself up to date with products and competitors.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Candidate from Real Estate Sales background is Preferred
  • Candidates should be minimum Graduate.
  • Candidates should have a minimum 5 years of experience in Real estate market.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Own Vehicle is Mandatory
