Job description
Role & Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates as per the requirements given.
- Managing complete sourcing cycle to procure best talent for the company within set
timelines. - Sourcing & screening profiles through job portals, professional sites, company website,
networking, employee references and vendors. - Arranging & conducting initial screening of the candidates.
- Co-ordinate with candidates at each step of the process.
- Engaging with hiring managers to understand requirements, as needed.
- Continuously engage with all the stakeholders.
- Scheduling interviews and follow-up with candidates.
- Communicate with all candidates on a regular basis.
- Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
- Work closely with senior recruiters to jointly take responsibility/accountability of hiring
mandates. - MIS maintenance & Data collation
Requirements and Skills
- Experience working in real estate industry or Talent Acquisition Firm.
- should have minimum 06- 2 years of exp into recruitment.
- Candidate should have exp in Sourcing, screening, data & tracker management, and
other E2E Recruitment activities.
