Role & Responsibilities
- Guide and support both sellers and buyers in marketing and acquiring properties at optimal prices and terms.
- Handle leads and manage revenue-sharing arrangements effectively.
- Assess clients’ needs and financial capabilities to offer tailored solutions.
- Facilitate negotiations, provide insights on market trends, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and ensure transparent dealings.
- Conduct market analyses to determine property values.
- Present and market properties to potential buyers.
- Prepare and manage essential documents, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
- Oversee property auctions or exchanges as needed.
- Keep listings of available properties up to date.
- Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
- Stay informed about real estate market trends and best practices.
Requirements and Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson with a successful sales history.
- Proven ability to manage teams and achieve results.
- Capable of working independently while maintaining strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Friendly and reliable demeanor.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
