Role & Responsibilities

 

  • Guide and support both sellers and buyers in marketing and acquiring properties at optimal prices and terms.
  • Handle leads and manage revenue-sharing arrangements effectively.
  • Assess clients’ needs and financial capabilities to offer tailored solutions.
  • Facilitate negotiations, provide insights on market trends, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and ensure transparent dealings.
  • Conduct market analyses to determine property values.
  • Present and market properties to potential buyers.
  • Prepare and manage essential documents, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
  • Oversee property auctions or exchanges as needed.
  • Keep listings of available properties up to date.
  • Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
  • Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  • Stay informed about real estate market trends and best practices.

 

Requirements and Skills

 

  • Demonstrated experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson with a successful sales history.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and achieve results.
  • Capable of working independently while maintaining strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Friendly and reliable demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
