Job description
Role & Responsibilities
1.Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for staff and workmen sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with departments to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Maintain a positive and disciplined work culture on the shop floor.
- Handle grievances and ensure prompt resolution in line with company policies.
- Organize employee welfare and engagement activities.
3.Training & Development
- Identify training needs through performance appraisals and line manager feedback.
- Coordinate technical and soft-skill training sessions.
- Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
4. Performance Management
- Support the annual appraisal process and assist in KPI formulation.
- Track employee performance and generate reports for management review.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Labour Welfare, etc.).
- Prepare MIS reports related to attendance, attrition, and manpower cost.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience: 5-10 years of HR experience in Real Estate.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage workmen and staff effectively.
