Job description

Role & Responsibilities

1.Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for staff and workmen sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with departments to understand manpower requirements.
  • Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Maintain a positive and disciplined work culture on the shop floor.
  • Handle grievances and ensure prompt resolution in line with company policies.
  • Organize employee welfare and engagement activities.

3.Training & Development

  • Identify training needs through performance appraisals and line manager feedback.
  • Coordinate technical and soft-skill training sessions.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

4. Performance Management

  • Support the annual appraisal process and assist in KPI formulation.
  • Track employee performance and generate reports for management review.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Labour Welfare, etc.).
  • Prepare MIS reports related to attendance, attrition, and manpower cost.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of HR experience in Real Estate.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage workmen and staff effectively.
