Job description
Role & Responsibilities
1.Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records
2. HR Operations & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters,
- confirmations, appraisals, and exit letters
- Track attendance and leave records
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries
- Support grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in performance management processes
3.Policy & Compliance:
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations
- Support audits and compliance documentation
4. Training & Development:
Coordinate training programs and maintain training records
Support learning and development initiatives
5. Exit Management:
- Handle employee exit formalities and conduct exit interviews
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience (freshers with relevant exposure may apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and documentation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
