Job description

Role & Responsibilities

1.Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees
  • Maintain recruitment data and candidate records

2. HR Operations & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
  • Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters,
  • confirmations, appraisals, and exit letters
  • Track attendance and leave records
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries
  • Support grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in performance management processes

3.Policy & Compliance:

  • Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations
  • Support audits and compliance documentation

4. Training & Development:

  • Coordinate training programs and maintain training records

  • Support learning and development initiatives

5. Exit Management:

  • Handle employee exit formalities and conduct exit interviews

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience (freshers with relevant exposure may apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and documentation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
