Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop innovative sales campaigns and promotions.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Northbrick remains competitive in the market.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Buisness, or a related field Preferred.(BBA,MBA,etc)
- Must be based in Noida and have a strong understanding of the local area.
- 7+ years of experience in real estate is mandatory.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
