Job description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively make and manage sales calls to new prospects.
  • Secure new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.
  • Discover and explore new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
  • Protect the organization’s interests by ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Establish and track annual targets and objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities through analysis of business needs.
  • Contribute to setting annual sales goals.
  • Assist in meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Formulate and implement business plans by conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing detailed reports.
  • Develop and grow networks for referrals and lead generation.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Real Estates/ Retail/ Loan/ Insurance
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
