 Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop innovative sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Northbrick remains competitive in the market.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Buisness, or a related field Preferred.(BBA,MBA,etc)
  • Must be based in Noida and have a strong understanding of the local area.
  • 7+ years of experience in real estate is mandatory.
    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
