Job description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates as per the requirements given.
  • Managing complete sourcing cycle to procure best talent for the company within set
    timelines.
  • Sourcing & screening profiles through job portals, professional sites, company website,
    networking, employee references and vendors.
  • Arranging & conducting initial screening of the candidates.
  • Co-ordinate with candidates at each step of the process.
  • Engaging with hiring managers to understand requirements, as needed.
  • Continuously engage with all the stakeholders.
  • Scheduling interviews and follow-up with candidates.
  • Communicate with all candidates on a regular basis.
  • Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
  • Work closely with senior recruiters to jointly take responsibility/accountability of hiring
    mandates.
  • MIS maintenance & Data collation

Requirements and Skills

  • Experience working in real estate industry or Talent Acquisition Firm.
  • should have minimum 06- 2 years of exp into recruitment.
  • Candidate should have exp in Sourcing, screening, data & tracker management, and
    other E2E Recruitment activities.
