Job description
Role & Responsibilities
- Discover and develop new business opportunities within the real estate sector, focusing on properties that are under construction, ready for occupancy, or in the secondary market.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities through regular research.
- Work closely with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service from the initial contact through to the final closing.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other required documents.
- Organize property viewings and support clients in selecting properties.
- Negotiate sales agreements to achieve beneficial terms for both the company and its clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven track record in sales, with a preference for experience in real estate.
- Experience in Real Estates/ Retail/ Loan/ Insurance
- Knowledgeable about properties in various stages, including under construction, ready for move-in, and secondary market.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
- Understanding of the Noida Extension real estate market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Self-driven and proactive in addressing challenges.
